RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist Test Engineer to carry out all the test and de-bug related activities

• Perform hands-on assembly & disassembly of testing equipment/device so that testing activities in accordance to work instructions, test procedures and work schedule• Review and clarify test requirement

• Execute testing based on the test cases

• Perform the exploratory test and clarify test procedure when needed• Perform troubleshooting and identify root causes for the issues and report the defects

• Record and document result

• Nitec / Higher Nitec in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or a related technical discipline).

• Experienced in using hand tools for the physical assembly, disassembly, and secure mounting of hardware units, components, or test jigs.

• Practical experience operating standard laboratory diagnostic equipment—such as multimeters.

• Ability to read, interpret, and precisely execute Work Instructions (WI) and written test procedures.

• Capable of clearly identifying, isolating, and documenting exact failure points, with the ability to compile structured defect reports for the Test Engineering team.

IT Support Engineer

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line user liaison and helpdesk support during office hours and after office hours if needed. Keeping user informed on request status and progress
• Provide support to VoIP, network infrastructure on both Client’s Premises and Data Centre.
• Troubleshooting Linux, Windows, network, and relevant infra stack.
• Liaise with vendors and other functional teams for problem resolution.
• Provide after-hours support for Infrastructure related emergencies when required.
• Participate in the design of information and operational support systems.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

Technical Skills-

• Higher NITEC Certificate or Diploma in IT/Computer/Network or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of packet capture tools like tcpdump & Wireshark for troubleshooting server network issues.
• Knowledge of basic VoIP Technologies such as SIP, WebRTC, RTP will be an advantage.
• Basic networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP, NAT)
