The Engineering Technician (AC System) is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of air-conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration systems throughout the hotel. The role ensures all HVAC equipment operates efficiently, safely, and in compliance with hotel standards to provide a comfortable environment for guests and employees.

Key Responsibilities

HVAC Operations & Maintenance

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on air-conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration systems.

・一名銷售人員擁有的客戶數量：約500人（包括休眠客戶）。

銷售區域

・吉隆坡谷和馬來西亞南部如芙蓉、馬六甲和新山每月一次。

・每個月去印尼出差一次。

→停留時間取決於客戶預約的數量，但通常為 2 至 7 天。

主要產品包括αSTEP、步進馬達、伺服馬達、電動致動器、無刷馬達和交流馬達。

協助工程團隊進行軟體應用程式的開發、測試和維護。本次實習提供參與真實專案實務的機會，接觸到現代技術，並為夯實軟體開發基礎提供平台。

主要職責

• 在指導下編寫高品質、簡潔且易於維護的程式碼，並參與程式碼審查以遵循最佳實踐。
• 與產品經理、品質保證團隊和開發人員合作，確保高品質專案按時交付。
• 協助設計、開發和部署軟體系統，包括分散式系統和微服務架構
• 支援調試、故障排除和解決技術問題
• 參與系統測試、文件編寫和現有應用程式的改進。
• 不斷學習和探索新技術，以提高開發效率

要求

• 目前正在攻讀電腦科學、軟體工程、資訊科技或相關領域的文憑或學士學位
• 具備程式設計概念和軟體開發生命週期的基礎知識
• 熟悉 JavaScript 和 SQL
• 良好的問題解決能力與分析能力
• 學習意願強，積極主動，責任感強。
• 能夠獨立工作，也能在團隊環境中工作

• 具備網頁開發基礎（HTML、CSS、JavaScript）
