You will support the delivery of technology and operations initiatives by ensuring effective project governance, system support, and financial management. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to drive digital solutions, automation, and continuous improvement across the organisation.

• Support technology project delivery by maintaining governance standards, tracking progress, risks, and ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and within scope.
• Provide Level‑1 application support, including user access management, issue triage, troubleshooting, incident logging, and escalation within defined SLAs.
• Manage technology investments and budgets, including CAPEX/OPEX tracking, forecasting, vendor spend monitoring, and procurement coordination.
