• 8-10+ years of progressive experience in customer service operations, technical service or field service within a regulated, lifesciences or technical environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading diverse, multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Strong technical understanding of electro‑mechanical systems, with added advantage for PLCs, HMIs, or control systems.
• Excellent communication, decision‑making and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience in calibration, pressure testing, HEPA filtration testing or contamination control technologies will be added advantage

• Shadows the Technical Manager and/or Senior Technical Manager and/or Technical Director as and when required.
• Leads the technical team to support construction team for all design matters including shop drawings review and production.
• Reviews all technical documentation and drawings of the Project works.
• Works closely with the appointed Consultants and construction team on designs and project deliverables to enhance site efficiency and constructability.
• Leads on the design approval from the Authority/Agency including URA, BCA, LTA, PUB etc for the Project works.
• Manages design approval process in a timely manner to resolve all technical issues
• Ensure strict compliance of the design in accordance with the contractual requirements
• Ensures the distribution of all the approved and latest drawings and other relevant documents to the relevant parties
• Leads the technical team to work closely with in-house BIM team and resolves all clarifications on technical requirements pertaining to the Project works
• Identifies and highlights to KTC management and project team of any potential risks or issues that will impact Project performance
• Prepares and presents design progress status and slides to KTC management, project team and Client as and when required.
• Strong coordination and collaboration with other disciplines (i.e. Architectural, MEP, BIM etc.) on design to ensure delivery of high quality outcome
• Supports tender team and prepares technical tender documents as per specifications for bidding of civil and structural engineering projects as and when assigned.
• Attend Progress Meetings, Technical Meetings, Coordination Meetings, Site Meetings etc.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of design experience or design management experience (with at least 3 years of design experience)
• Professional Engineering Board (PEB) recognized degree in Civil Engineering
