Program Management

• Escalation Management & Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer escalations, coordinating with internal stakeholders (Operations, Tech, and wider group) to deliver rapid resolutions or proposed alternatives.

• Issue Triage & Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Triage and manage customer issues/concerns based on severity and complexity, conducting root cause analyses with internal teams and communicating findings and supporting explanations back to the customer.

• Performance Monitoring & Improvement: Proactively track customer performance, intervening when customer satisfaction is at risk, and identifying future gaps or needs that require long-term solutions (e.g., raising Change Requests).

• Stakeholder Communication: Support a co-owned responsibility for continuous improvement by analyzing reporting data, articulating detailed findings in regular customer business reviews, and establishing follow-up and corrective action plans.

• Process Design & Governance: To enhance current processes and implement process documentation by contributing to the drafting of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for new projects and existing accounts.

Onboarding (non-technical) and Project/Campaign Management

• Account Manager Enablement: Establish and maintain centralized repositories for standard API documents and customer questionnaires to ensure Account Managers (AMs) are fully prepared.

• Technical Onboarding Coordination: Translate customer questionnaire information into standardized templates, accurately raising Change Requests (CRs) in JIRA with appropriate labeling to the Tech team to streamline the process and minimize manual work.

• Resource Advocacy: Actively participate in bi-weekly Tech CR prioritization meetings to advocate for and secure required technical resources for projects.

• Integration & Setup Management: Develop and manage generic setup guides and platform-specific integration processes (e.g., Shopify, Shopcada email processes). Co-manage specialized settings (e.g., enabling ATL, ODD) during critical New Product Introduction (NPI) phases.

• Post-Launch Hypercare: Lead the mandatory 2-week post-go-live "hypercare" period as dedicated co-support with the AM to ensure a smooth transition to business-as-usual (BAU), with authority to proactively extend the period based on project complexities.

• Project Go-Live Communication: Communicate go-live statuses, starting dates, and specific service scopes for new accounts and projects to all relevant internal stakeholders during weekly or ad-hoc meetings.

• System Awareness: Proactively inform the broader sales team of upcoming system enhancements or technical migrations (e.g., future replacements of the ePOD portal).

Requirememts

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field preferred; or equivalent combination of work experience.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working within the logistics, supply chain or freight forwarding industry

• Customer facing roles preferred with experience in key account program and onboarding management.

• Working knowledge of MS and Google tools, WMS and/or TMS systems is preferred

• Experience in Project management, warehousing, transportation, supply chain design

• Able to conduct business requirement workshops, align with operations and IT on the proposed solutions

• Attention to detail and demonstrated initiative; self-starter who is organized with strong decision-making capability and emotional maturity

• Ability to identify and mitigate risks in both operationally and commercially proposals

1. Fraud Program Strategy & Execution

• Program Ownership: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of high-impact fraud programs, ensuring alignment between local and regional execution and global fraud strategies.

• Operational Transformation: Drive the implementation of new fraud detection models/initiatives, ensuring seamless integration and implementation across diverse markets.

• Lifecycle Management: Manage program timelines, risks, and resources using project management tools to ensure all fraud initiatives are delivered.

2. Risk Oversight & Performance Analytics

• Data-Driven Governance: Define, track, and report on fraud-related KPIs. Use data insights to monitor the success of prevention initiatives, identify systemic vulnerabilities, and strategise fraud-prevention actions.

• Optimisation & Automation: Partner with Data and Product teams to design dashboards and enhance automation, reducing manual intervention while minimising false positives for an improved customer experience.

• Strategic Reviews: Lead post-implementation reviews and "lessons learned" to integrate insights into future fraud prevention product roadmaps and predictive capabilities.

3. Strategic Influence & Cross-Functional Partnership

• Fraud SME: Serve as the senior subject matter expert for fraud operations, providing guidance to cross-functional teams on navigating complex fraud risks and project milestones.

• Stakeholder management: Act as the primary fraud representative for Product, Finance, Legal, and Marketing, translating technical fraud insights into actionable business recommendations for leadership.

• Design-to-Launch Integration: Collaborate with product teams to embed fraud prevention into the rollout of new features and digital tools from the design and discovery phase onward.

4. Change Management & Operational Integrity

• Change Advocacy: Lead change management processes to ensure smooth transitions as new fraud tools, methods, and policies are adopted across the organization.

• Policy & Compliance: Establish and enforce governance frameworks that ensure fraud operations remain compliant with audit, security, and regulatory standards.

• Global Alignment: Engage stakeholders across different regions to drive buy-in and ensure organizational alignment on new fraud mitigation processes.

We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager BMS & Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers in designing, developing, and implementing advanced Building Management Systems for commercial and industrial facilities.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Siemens PLC systems as the primary platform, while also possessing working knowledge of other BMS solutions and protocols. This role involves close collaboration with our AI Smart Building team to integrate BMS/iBMS solutions into AI-driven smart building systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination & Implementation

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end implementation of BMS projects, including:

* HVAC system (Chilled Water plant, AHU, FCU)

*Different protocol (API, OPC) to Integrate with other systems

*Basic knowledge of electrical circuit design

*Basic knowledge of ACMV equipment such as pump, chiller, valve

• Lead project and discuss with customer on technical issues and execute from design review through commissioning and handover.
• Analyze, inspect, and resolve implementation challenges to meet customer requirements and operational objectives.

Technical Leadership & System Assessment

• Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, and detailed system assessments to ensure technical compatibility, performance, and scalability.
• Review system designs, control strategies, and integration architectures for compliance with project and operational standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation and post commissioning phases.

Planning, Budgeting & Procurement

• Work closely with Project Management team and assist in developing project schedules and budgets.
• Oversee procurement of materials, hardware, software, and equipment required for project delivery.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure quality, compliance, and timely delivery.

Integration with AI Smart Building Systems

• Work closely with the AI Smart Building team to provide domain knowledge and design specifications for integrating BMS/iBMS solutions into AI-driven smart building platforms.
• Ensure seamless inter-operability between traditional BMS systems and advanced AI analytics for energy optimization, fault detection & diagnostic, and smart operations.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with external stakeholders such as consultants, contractors, and clients to align technical and operational expectations.
• Act as a technical point of contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Product Feedback & Continuous Improvement

• Provide structured feedback to product development and data engineering teams regarding implementation challenges, system performance, and support issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability, usability, and operational efficiency

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate project documentation, including:

*System architecture drawings and schematics

*Simple electrical circuit diagrams

*Control System Write-Ups or FDS documentation

*Operation and maintenance manuals

*FAT (Factory acceptance test) and SAT (Site acceptance test) documents

• Ensure documentation meets internal standards and client requirements.

Job Requirements Education:

Bachelor’s Degree :

Electrical or Electronic Engineering /Mechanical Engineering/Building Automation or a related engineering discipline

Experience

o Minimum 10–15 years of Operational Technology (OT) experience, including:

BMS system and solution design, development and implementation.

Strong knowledge of :

o Control Systems

o Chilled Water Systems and Chiller Plant Optimization(preferred)

o Electrical line Diagram (SLD)

o Basic understanding of Data Science and Machine Learning

o Primary expertise in Siemens PLC systems, Codesys or other IEC 61131-compliant software platform, with working knowledge of other BMS platforms and protocols (BACnet, Modbus, KNX, API, OPC, etc).
