Provide technical consultation and application support to customers during the pre-sales process, helping identify suitable solutions based on their operational requirements.

Deliver after-sales technical assistance, including troubleshooting, product support, and customer guidance to ensure optimal product performance.

Prior experience in Industrial automation equipment, instrumentation, flow measurement systems, flow meters, or industrial measurement solutions is highly preferred.

Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand customer applications and recommend appropriate solutions.

Possession of a valid Class 3 Driving License and willingness to travel for customer visits when required.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.

Design and develop new platforms to support upcoming product lines.

Enhance and optimize existing platform architectures and development processes.

Actively contribute to code and design reviews, as well as issue triaging and resolution to improve overall product stability and reliability.

Support RFQ activities and collaborate closely with cross-functional project teams to ensure timely and effective delivery.

Analyze customer requirements and system specifications to design and tailor software solutions that ensure high performance, scalability, and interoperability.

Provide technical direction on software design and feasibility, supported by clear and well-structured documentation.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Linux kernel or system-level software development, preferably within next-generation intelligent automotive SoC platforms.

Hands-on experience in developing drivers and applications for Android or Linux operating systems.

Strong expertise in system performance analysis, memory management, and optimization using tools such as perf and ftrace.

Solid understanding of networking and communication protocols, including I2C, SPI, MDIO, GPIO, UART, TCP/IP, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth.

Knowledge of Functional Safety standards, particularly ISO 26262, with practical experience preferred.

Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts is considered an advantage.

Experience with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay is a plus.

Support Sales Managers in preparing quotations and technical drawings using AutoCAD.

Assist the Sales team in creating and managing spreadsheets using Excel.

Provide technical and project consultation during client meetings and conference calls to support sales activities.

Gather, analyze, and define customer requirements to ensure accurate project scope.

Coordinate with global engineering teams to align on project feasibility and technical scope.

Prepare technical proposals, layout designs, and cost estimations for customized industrial freezing systems.

At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Experience in 3D design engineering using SolidWorks is an advantage.

Strong communication skills with the ability to support technical discussions with clients and internal teams.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel.

Supervise and coordinate architectural works for assigned construction projects.

Ensure site activities comply with design specifications and project requirements.

Review architectural drawings and identify any design or engineering changes.

Work closely with architectural consultants to resolve site and design issues.

Conduct site inspections, including works and material/sample verification.

Relevant qualification in building or architectural-related discipline.

Registered RTO with IES or ACES.

At least 2 years of experience in RTO-related roles.

Preferably experienced in LTA infrastructure projects.

Knowledge of BIM for design coordination is an advantage.
