Job Responsibilities:
- Provide HR support to managers on recruitment, compensation & benefits, learning & development, performance management and HR policies.
- Handle end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and HR operations.
- Manage monthly payroll, leave administration, income tax filing and employee insurance matters with outsourced vendors.
- Review and maintain HR policies, procedures and compliance requirements, including MAS outsourcing guidelines.
- Support training administration, employee engagement initiatives and regulatory reporting.
- Maintain employee records in Workday and ensure accurate HR documentation.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 year of HR Generalist experience in all aspects of HR functions, particularly in HR Operations, Payroll and Compensation and Benefits
- Possess high market awareness of the latest development of employment practice and learning & development requirements in the private banking industry
- Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to analyze data
- Ability to apply critical thinking, good HR judgement and institutional knowledge
