RESPONSIBILITIES

Able to commit until April or May 2027.

• Assist with the full recruitment cycle, including but not limited to sourcing, screening, shortlisting, arranging interviews, and liaising with candidates.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, as well as preparing related HR documentation.
• Support HR operations and administrative activities, including document preparation and report generation.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, HR transformation projects, and other ad hoc assignments as required.

• Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Human Resource Consulting/ Management / Development, Psychology, Business, or a related discipline, with a strong interest in Human Resource Management & Development.
• Able to commit to a full-time on-site internship for a minimum of 3 months.
• Independent, energetic, and resourceful team player.
• Strong organisational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Able to engage stakeholders confidently and professionally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Monthly Salary: up to $2000 per month

Responsibilities:

• To support in the administrative functions of recruitment process, including sourcing of candidates, scheduling of interviews, follow up on required documentations
• Perform office administrative and other related admin functions, such as e-filing of staff personal documents and records

Job Role Summary:

As a Talent Attraction Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment and onboarding processes at NTUC Health. This internship offers the opportunity to contribute to data-driven HR initiatives.
