Job Scope
Drive employee experience initiatives across onboarding, talent development & L&D
Design and implement onboarding programs, career frameworks, and development plans
Partner with stakeholders to build talent pipelines and support succession planning
Lead HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives using data insights
Manage training programs, needs analysis, and track effectiveness/ROI
Provide HR advisory support and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, IHRP) is an advantage.
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to onboarding, learning & development, and talent development.
Experience building career frameworks, competency models, or L&D programs from scratch.
Proven experience in managing HR projects and implementing initiatives end-to-end.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in HR reporting and data interpretation.
