Warehouse & Retail Sales Assistant

We are looking for a responsible and motivated Warehouse & Retail Sales Assistant to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately.
• Receive, check, and organize incoming stock.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and inventory organization.
• Assist walk-in customers and provide product recommendations.
• Support retail sales and customer service activities.
• Process online orders and coordinate order fulfilment.
• Assist with stock counts and inventory management.
• Perform other duties related to warehouse and retail operations.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Physically fit to handle warehouse duties.
• Presentable and professional appearance.
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, or warehouse operations is an advantage.
