Job Summary

You will oversee daily bus deployments and driver management, ensuring schedules are met, vehicles are maintained, and operational challenges are resolved promptly to maintain high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Arrange daily bus deployments and assign trip orders to drivers to ensure timely service delivery
• Serve as the primary liaison for drivers by managing feedback, addressing grievances, and enforcing compliance with company policies
• Respond decisively to real-time incidents such as bus breakdowns, accidents, or route changes by coordinating replacement vehicles or repairs
• Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and collaborate with workshops to maintain fleet safety and operational readiness
• Manage cash card and top-up disbursements for drivers while maintaining accurate records of operational expenses
• Update the Fleet Management System (FMS) with real-time data on vehicle status, fuel consumption, and trip completion to support operational transparency

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Possession of a valid Class 4 Driving License and willingness to operate a bus during emergencies or to cover duty gaps
• Proficiency in English to facilitate clear communication with drivers and operational teams
• Prior experience with Singapore-Malaysia cross-border regulations and checkpoints to support compliance and operational efficiency

Job Description

1. Drive company vehicle to deliver goods

2. Assist in loading & unloading

3. Follow delivery schedule & route to complete daily delivery assignments in time.

4. Collect payment (cash or cheque) and hand over to the office at the end of the day.

5. Follow traffic regulation and parking rules, be responsible for any illegal parking

6. Any other ad-hoc duties may be assigned by the management

Requirements:

1. Willing to work in logistic industry and non-aircon/outdoor environment

2. OT may be required with short notice to cover other colleagues’ MC or leaves

3. Must complete daily assignment on time

4. Possess valid Class 4 driving licence

5. Nice attitude and good interpersonal skills

6. Vehicle must be returned to the company parking location and not allowed to be driven back home

DESCRIPTION OF JOB TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate vehicles in accordance with all Singapore traffic laws and regulations, applicable US Navy instructions/directives and applicable installation instruction/directives.
• The safety of passengers is the prime responsibility of all drivers.
• At the beginning and end of their shift, they inspect their vehicle to ensure that it is functioning correctly.
• Transport quests to/from assigned places.

• Coordinate shuttle bus and taxi schedules to ensure that services are completed in accordance with the contract and requested itineraries.
