We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Group Chief Finance Officer(CFO) to provide strategic financial leadership and drive the Company's long-term financial success. Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and execute the Company's financial strategy in alignment with corporate objectives and growth plans.

Qualifications& Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 20 years of progressive finance experience, including significant leadership experience in senior finance executive roles.
• Proven experience as a CFO, Finance Director, Head of Finance, or equivalent senior finance leadership position.
• Strong expertise in financial reporting, corporate finance, treasury, taxation, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
• Experience engaging with Boards of Directors, investors, lenders, regulators, and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in supporting business growth, transformation, fundraising, M&A, or capital market activities is highly desirable.

Strong hands-on engineering lead for Credit Origination Hive in PE. This is #2 priority for the CTA program, and a strong engineering talent is required to drive the rebuild of credit mate legacy platform. Job Summary:
