We are seeking a meticulous and responsible Accounts Executive to manage the full spectrum of accounting functions, including month-end and year-end closing, financial reporting, GST submissions, and audit coordination. Job Objective:

You will be managing end-to-end accounting functions while ensuring accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and timely financial insights to support business operations.

Core Responsibilities:

• Handling full set of accounts for month end & year end closing

• Perform Intercompany billings, supplier payments, receipts, bank reconciliations

• Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules, analysis and management reports

• Responsible for quarterly GST submission

• Liaise with Tax Agent on tax computation for ECI and Form C filing

• In charge of Interim and Final Statutory Audit and work closely with External Auditor

• Cover for other entities or ad hoc duties as and when required

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy with at least 2 years of relevant accounting experience

• Strong computer literacy and competent in MS Office especially Excel

• Detail-oriented and organised

• Able to work under tight deadlines
