Role Summary

The Operations & Customer Service Engineer provides first-line operational and technical support for customers. Responsibilities:

• Agree to detailed programmes of work - time chart and representation on site plans

The WIFI Tier 2 Engineer plays a hybrid role within the Managed WIFI team, supporting both Day 1 provisioning activities and ongoing WIFI Day 2 operations.
