The ACMV Project Engineer is responsible for supporting the engineering, technical coordination, design calculations, and project execution activities required for ACMV design and build projects at construction sites. Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager and site personnel in the planning, execution, and completion of ACMV projects
• Perform ACMV engineering calculations including heat load calculations, pump sizing, airflow rate calculations, chilled water system performance analysis, chiller sizing and configuration, duct sizing, and fan sizing
• Review project specifications, technical drawings, and engineering requirements for ACMV systems
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities on project execution and technical matters
• Prepare and review shop drawings, technical submissions, method statements, and material approvals
• Supervise ACMV installation works on site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, project schedules, and quality standards
• Attend site inspections, testing, and commissioning activities to ensure systems perform according to project requirements
• Monitor site progress and resolve technical and coordination issues with subcontractors and project teams
• Analyze, monitor, and track project costs against approved budgets
• Assist in the preparation of progress claims, variation orders, project reports, as-built drawings, and handover documentation
• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies and safe work practices on site

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in ACMV projects within the construction industry
• Experience in ACMV design and build project execution and site coordination
• Knowledge in ACMV calculations including heat load, pump sizing, airflow rate, chilled water systems, chiller sizing and configuration, and fan sizing
• Familiar with testing and commissioning activities for ACMV systems

Job Description:

Monitor and control access at the main gate, lobby, and loading bay, ensuring only authorized personnel, vehicles, and visitors enter the premises.

Conduct regular patrols of the building exterior, car park, and common facilities .

Operate and monitor CCTV systems, alarm panels, and access control equipment.

The LEW Technician supports the operations and maintenance of building electrical systems and facilities within commercial buildings, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, operational reliability, and workplace safety standards. The role involves carrying out facilities maintenance duties, supporting electrical operations as a Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW), and coordinating with contractors, clients, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth building operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform daily facilities maintenance and operational support for M&E systems within commercial buildings
• Carry out inspection, troubleshooting, servicing, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment
• Perform duties as the appointed Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) for the building where required
• Ensure electrical installations and maintenance works comply with EMA regulations, statutory requirements, and safety standards
• Coordinate and supervise contractors for preventive and corrective maintenance works, testing, and servicing activities

• Relevant experience in facilities management, commercial building maintenance, or M&E operations

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

• 6+ years in an individual contributor software engineering role.

• Experience with React with TypeScript

• Experience with NodeJS is a plus.

• Experience with one or more of Cloud Service Providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus

• Strong track record of successful large-scale partner solution implementations, preferably in complex enterprise environments

• Exceptional communication skills with ability to bridge technical discussions between internal teams and external partners
