The Senior Reliability Engineering Manager leads a team of reliability engineers to ensure products meet company and customer reliability requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive reliability strategy, plans, and metrics across the product lifecycle.
• Own reliability qualification programs, including planning, execution, review, and risk assessment.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to identify, prioritize, and resolve reliability risks and field issues.
• Ensure reliability requirements, standards, and best practices are consistently applied across projects.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen product robustness, learning, and execution efficiency.
