Responsibilities:
· Assist the project manager with on and off site meeting pertaining to the technical issues
· Overall in charge of site coordination.
· Lead a team of operation staff in daily operations.
· Coordinate and monitor work progress at site including periodical site inspection and attending meetings during course of construction of project
· Proven problem solving and achievements work progress according to the work schedule
· Liaise with local authorities, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure adherence to regulations and standards.
· Check for quality of work according to specification and requirement;
· Monitor and control material wastage.
· Ensure timely completion and good quality of works & carried out safely and WSHE regulations are complied with.
· Site supervision and able to coordinate well with sub-contractors, RE and RTO
Job Requirements:
· Candidate must at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
· Min 3 year relevant experience in the related field for this position
· In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
· Be able to work independently with minimum guidance
· Good team player, keen desire to learn, contribute, advance andprogress with the company.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software to streamline project processes
