Working Hour

• Mondays to Thursdays: 8:00 am to 4:30pm
• Fridays: 8:00am to 2:30pm

Key Roles

1. Disciplinary Support (Restorative Practice Approach)

• Support the school in managing late-coming, in-house suspension, detentions, and pull-out programmes

• Serve as a mentor for students requiring closer guidance

• Conduct patrolling of classroom blocks, canteen, basketball courts, and field

• Perform physical monitoring and patrolling on school premises after curriculum hours

2. Investigative & Case Support

• Support investigations using a Restorative Practices approach when incidents occur

• Obtain student and witness statements for Student Management Key Personnel (KPs) to follow up

• Close the loop by communicating with parents, staff, and students as needed

Skills & Experience

Working Experience (Minimum 5 years):

• Must have prior working experience in an enforcement agency

• Experience working as a team and maintaining work processes
