1. Responsible as main interface with customer with effective coordination internally in
    addressing issues.

c. Optimizing utilization of manufacturing resources (e.g. minimizing set-up or conversion
    losses)
d. Controlling inventory accuracy
e. Tracking daily schedule vs. production actual output
6. Attend daily operation meeting on critical supply materials.
7. Coordinate raw material issues with LOP Procurement Planner in affected Value
    Stream.
8. Coordinate common raw material issues with SMT Value Stream Manager.
9. Set priorities with the operational logistic section on the movement of finished products
    for timely shipment.
10. Coordinate shipment arrangement with counterpart.
11. Strategic planning to minimize special premium cost (e.g. change of ship mode) to
      support situation requirement.
12. Work on special freight claims and OT (overtime) claims due to customer short lead-
      time pull-in request.
13. Prepare reports e.g. Delivery Performance, Attainment report etc. as and when
      needed.
14. Support activities related to Bosch Production System (BPS), e.g. Supplier Kanban,
      Production Kanban, Leveling and EPEI for continuous improvement.
15. Work together and support each other within LOG.
16. Support and work towards achieving the departmental goal.
17. Perform any other duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
18. Escalate customer order fulfillment issues that affect a single Value Stream (Level 1).

Role Description:  

• Responsible for providing professional maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair services 
for industrial cranes and hoists. This role plays a critical part in ensuring customer equipment operates 
safely, reliably, and efficiently, while representing the Konecranes brand with strong technical expertise 
and customer service. Perform preventive maintenance not requiring compliance inspections, 
corrective maintenance, retrofits, crane installation or commissioning. Technicians can be further 
classified into "Maintenance Technician" or "Inspector" (i.e. those predominantly performing preventive 
maintenance) and "Service Technicians" (i.e. those predominantly performing maintenance and 
retrofits).  

Key Tasks :  
 
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on overhead cranes, hoists, 
   and related lifting equipment at customer sites. 
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system faults and implement corrective actions. 
• Carry out load testing, adjustments, calibrations, and commissioning of crane systems as per company 
   standards and safety requirements. 
• Complete service reports, job documentation, and recommendations for customers accurately and on 
   time. 
• Provide technical support and professional advice to customers regarding equipment condition, safety 
   risks, and service solutions. 
• Ensure all work complies with Konecranes safety policies, ISO standards, and statutory regulations. 
• Support emergency call-outs and breakdown service as required. 
• Collaborate with the Service team to improve service delivery, technical skills, and customer 
   satisfaction. 
• Maintain company tools, service vehicle, and equipment in safe and proper working order.
