Role Description:

• Responsible for providing professional maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair services for industrial cranes and hoists. This role plays a critical part in ensuring customer equipment operates safely, reliably, and efficiently, while representing the Konecranes brand with strong technical expertise and customer service. Perform preventive maintenance not requiring compliance inspections, corrective maintenance, retrofits, crane installation or commissioning. Technicians can be further classified into "Maintenance Technician" or "Inspector" (i.e. those predominantly performing preventive maintenance) and "Service Technicians" (i.e. those predominantly performing maintenance and retrofits).

Key Tasks :

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on overhead cranes, hoists, and related lifting equipment at customer sites.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
Operations

• Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow

E. Health & Safety

The Service Manager is responsible for implementing the arrangements detailed in the health and safety management system and the safe systems of work. Specifically the Service Manager will:

1. To understand and be aware of the requirement of Occupational Safety & Health Act 1994 to ensure that all staff for whom you are responsible are equally aware of the Act and its requirements.
