This role is responsible for overseeing daily centre operations, managing a small teaching team, building strong trust with parents, and ensuring programmes are delivered with consistency and care. This role is suitable for someone with real student care or education operations experience who is comfortable working in a growing centre environment and taking ownership of both people and process.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the student care centre
• Ensure smooth running of daily schedules, student supervision, dismissal flow, and centre routines
• Lead, manage, and mentor a small teaching team
