Job Scope

· Report to the General Manager based in Singapore for overall Technical and Service support in Singapore

· Train and mentor Service engineers for installation, service and maintenance of Hurco CNC Machining Centers and Lathes and ProCobots

· Perform on-site servicing and troubleshooting of Hurco CNC Controller, CNC Machining Centers, Lathes and ProCobots

· Develop service products for Hurco CNC machine installed base including inspection and preventive maintenance program, geometry checks and laser calibration.

· Plan and schedule pre-shipment inspection of CNC machines at warehouse prior to shipment and delivery to overseas market.

· Develop and update customer guides on routine maintenance of machines based on Hurco best practices.

Requirements

· Diploma Graduate of Engineering discipline

· Min. 7 years of working experience in related Engineering and Maintenance field

· Min. 5 years of experience in the repair and maintenance of CNC machining centers and lathes

· Experience in managing and scheduling team of engineers for field service work

· Experience in Electrical and Mechanical repair and troubleshooting work

We are hiring a hands-on Centre Manager for a growing student care centre in Katong.

This role is responsible for overseeing daily centre operations, managing a small teaching team, building strong trust with parents, and ensuring programmes are delivered with consistency and care. The centre places strong emphasis not only on student care, but also on children’s thinking, emotional growth, creativity, expression, and confidence.

This role is suitable for someone with real student care or education operations experience who is comfortable working in a growing centre environment and taking ownership of both people and process.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the student care centre
• Ensure smooth running of daily schedules, student supervision, dismissal flow, and centre routines
• Lead, manage, and mentor a small teaching team
• Support a positive, professional, and child-centred team culture
• Act as a key point of contact for parents and handle feedback or concerns professionally
• Ensure programmes and daily activities are carried out consistently and in line with the centre’s philosophy
• Support student wellbeing, emotional safety, and positive behaviour management

Requirements:
• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in student care, education, childcare, or a related setting
• Prior leadership, supervisory, or team management experience
• Strong parent communication and relationship management skills
• Confident handling of student behaviour and sensitive situations with maturity and sound judgement
• Organised, dependable, and execution-focused
• Able to lead a small team while remaining hands-on operationally
• Comfortable working in a growing centre environment where processes may still be developing
• Warm, grounded, and professional in working with children, parents, and colleagues

Preferred Qualifications:
• Diploma or Degree in Education, Early Childhood, Child Development, Psychology, or a related field
• Experience in a student care centre, boutique education setting, or premium enrichment environment
• Familiarity with programme-based, inquiry-based, or whole-child learning approaches

Working Hours:
• School term: Monday to Friday, 11:00am to 7:00pm
• School holidays: Monday to Friday, staggered 8-hour shifts within 7:00am to 7:00pm

Job Description

• Undertake the role of layout engineer for day-to-day project execution of a variety of layout design implementation, including but not limited to Foundation IP (IO/ESD), Analog IP and RFIC, across multiple process nodes and diversified foundries.

• Collaborate with process-oriented or project-oriented multi-functional teams in delivering the physical design portion of IP, test-chip, RFIC or SoC.

• Be the DRI (Directly Responsible Individual) for the tasks assigned and assume full responsibility of the complete layout implementation process, including floor planning layout construction, physical verification and QA flow sign-off.

• Provide timely project status updates and proactively anticipate and mitigate potential execution pitfalls to ensure smooth and high-quality delivery for each project.

• Be proactive in communicating effectively with multi-functional teams and multi-site to constantly optimize layout for better Power, Performance & Area.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronic Engineering, or related field.

• More than 8 years of direct experience in custom Foundation IP and/or RF/Analog layout implementation. Hands-on experience in advanced CMOS technologies (FinFETs/GAA) in a critical factor.

• Highly proficient in technical knowledges related to: Foundry DRM of advanced CMOS technologies, design for manufacturability (DFM), floor planning techniques for hierarchical layout designs, SI/PI, EM/IR and ESD backend implementation flows.

• Strong knowledge in floor-planning techniques at different hierarchies, with emphasis on power mesh planning, critical block placement, critical signal routing, matching and top-down integration flow.

• Proficient in Cadence/Synopsys layout editor and physical verification tools; analytical and skillful in debugging physical verification such as DRC/LVS/ERC/ANT/PERC and all other verifications.

• A proven layout engineer with effective cross-team communication and strong time management skills.

• Strong passion in learning, problem solving, and decision-making skills.

• Proficient in IO/ESD layout and familiar with the layout requirement is a plus.
