About the Role

Our client, a well-established trading company in the commodities sector, is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join their commercial team in Singapore.

This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth execution of end-to-end sales transactions — from contract creation through to shipment, billing, and final settlement. You will be the central coordination point between Sales, Finance, Logistics, Operations, and Customers, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely execution of all commercial activities.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Contract Administration

• Prepare and issue sales offers, contracts, and commercial documentation
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, amendments, pricing, and customer data
• Track key contract including shipment schedules, pricing validity, and payment timelines
• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of all commercial documentation
• Support contract execution and coordination of approvals and amendments

Customer & Stakeholder Coordination

• Act as first point of contact for routine customer enquiries
• Coordinate meetings, customer visits, and commercial arrangements
• Support onboarding and credit documentation processes
• Liaise closely with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Logistics, Operations) to ensure smooth execution

Commercial Reporting & Data Management

• Maintain accurate sales, shipment, stock, and revenue data
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales and performance reports
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and sales analysis
• Ensure data accuracy across all commercial records and systems

Systems & Process Support

• Update and maintain ERP and CRM systems (e.g. Oracle NetSuite or similar)
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry across platforms
• Support system improvements and process standardisation
• Perform data validation and reporting checks

General Support

• Assist with preparation of presentations, reports, and meeting materials
• Coordinate internal documentation and record management
• Support ad-hoc administrative and commercial tasks as required

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related field
• 2–5 years’ experience in sales coordination, import and export operations, logistics coordination, or similar roles
• Experience in trading, commodities, shipping, logistics, or international trade is highly preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle NetSuite, or similar) is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail, organisation, and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Good communication skills and ability to work across cultures and functions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Role Overview

As a CustomerService Officer, you will support the daily operations of the Bowling Centre,ensuring a smooth customer experience for members, guests, and corporateclients. This role combines front-line service, cashier duties, and operationalcoordination.

KeyResponsibilities

1. CustomerService & Operations

• Oversee daily operations and ensure facilities within the Bowling Centre are well-maintained
• Provide excellent customer service to members, guests, and the public
• Attend to enquiries, bookings, and general assistance requests

2.Cashiering & Transactions

• Operate the cashier counter and handle daily transactions
• Perform end-of-day reconciliation to ensure accuracy of payments

3. BowlingActivities & Records

• Ensure compliance with rules and regulations during leagues and competitions
• Update and maintain bowlers’ records, including handicaps, league standings, and competition results

4. EventCoordination & Administration

• Manage bookings, coordination, and billing for corporate events
• Prepare and submit monthly reports related to events and operations

5. Inventory& Support

• Assist Supervisor in monitoring and maintaining stock levels (equipment, stationery, etc.)
• Ensure sufficient supplies are available for daily operations

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level with at least 1 year of relevant experience
• Basic computer literacy
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer-oriented with a positive service attitude
• Able to perform shift work, including weekends and public holidays

AdditionalInformation

• 5-day work week (Monday to Sunday, rostered)
• Rotating shifts:  9:00am – 6:15pm /10:45am – 8:00pm /1:45pm – 11:00pm /4:00pm – 1:15am
• Transport: Shuttle bus from Tanah Merah MRT  / Cab provided for late shift (ending 1:15am)

Role Overview

As a Customer Service Officer, you will manage bungalow reservations and guest services, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience formembers and guests. This role combines front-line service, cashiering, andadministrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities

1. CustomerService & Reservations

• Handle telephone and walk-in enquiries on bungalow bookings and reservations
• Provide guests with relevant information, including rules & regulations and essential contact details during their stay
• Ensure a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process

2.Cashiering & Billing

• Collect payments for bungalow rentals and facility usage
• Perform daily cash reconciliation against revenue reports
• Raise billing requests and ensure accuracy in documentation

3.Operations & Coordination

• Prepare and distribute daily check-in lists to security and housekeeping teams
• Ensure effective coordination with internal departments for guest readiness
• Monitor and maintain sufficient stationery supplies for daily operations

4.Administration & Reporting

• Record, track, and follow up on lost and found items
• Submit monthly photocopier meter readings
• Maintain proper documentation and records for operational efficiency

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level with at least 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or hospitality
• Customer-oriented with a positive and service-driven attitude
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of integrity and attention to detail
• Able to perform shift duties, including weekends and public holidays

AdditionalInformation

Service Engineer

• Provide technical and debug assistance included product training.
• Handle product, technical, warranty, spare parts enquiries and complaints from end-customers, distributors, dealers and e-commerce platform.
•  Study in-warranty claims, compiling of F-Cost report.
• Monitor quality issue and abnormal defect  make report to factory, take necessary action against warehouse, distributor and factory.
•  Create training materials, technical procedures, service manuals and part guides for distributors.
•  Handle defective unit exchange to end customer, follow up defective unit repair, checking and grading at contractor before return to warehouse.
• Handle COC renewal, COC and WELS testing and registration for new product.
• Assist distributor to conduct field test for new products.
• Support for establish of service management and service centre for local and export market.

Requirement

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience of experience in consumer electronics after sales management industry.
• Strong product technical knowledge in home appliances and audio visual.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
•  Ability to work under pressure.

IT Support Specialist

• End user support by managing and addressing IT service requests ranging from inquiries to technical troubleshooting or access-related issues

Sales Coordinator (Aftersales, Service Parts)

•  Serve as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, Live Chat, WhatsApp, and walk-in channels, ensuring prompt and professional service delivery.
•  Manage spare parts forecasting, procurement coordination, and usage tracking to maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize stock discrepancies.
• Liaise closely with factory and internal stakeholders to ensure timely replenishment and accurate order fulfilment.
• Oversee grading operations, including parts extraction and systematic stocktaking activities.
• Ensure accurate monthly invoicing for spare parts sales in accordance with company policies and timelines.
• Prepare and submit weekly operational reports to Management and monthly reports to the Business Unit (BU).
• Maintain and administer the CRM system, including serial number database updates and model code configuration during new product launches.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including CRM platform enhancements and process optimization.
• Manage spare parts packing for customer delivery and self-collection, ensuring accuracy and compliance with documentation requirements.
• Conduct periodic office spare parts inventory audits to ensure data integrity and inventory accuracy.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Business Administration or related discipline.
•  Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in spare parts management, aftersales support, or CRM administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel proficiency preferred).
•  Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
