- Develop detailed construction plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to ensure optimal construction strategies.
- Manage the construction of new backbone infrastructure, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely procurement of materials and services.
- Monitor construction progress, addressing challenges and adjusting plans as necessary.
- Lead and oversee on-site construction teams, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Assign responsibilities to team members and ensure effective communication and coordination among all parties.
- Promote a culture of safety, enforcing compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve issues to minimize delays.
- Document and address construction challenges, including unforeseen site conditions or design adjustments.
- Identify risks but also solve problems that may arise during project execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and internal teams.
- Oversee project quality compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Optimize the allocation and utilization of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, legal regulations, and environmental guidelines throughout the construction process.
- Conduct inspections and quality control checks to verify that work meets project specifications.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Telecommunication
- 5+ years of experience in large-scale infrastructure construction, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Project scheduling Project Management Knowledge General Knowledge about construction (Civil or Telecommunication)
- Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of backbone infrastructure systems.
- Willing to Work in Karawaci, Tangerang.
