We are seeking a dedicated Retail Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the trade-in business by encouraging customers to trade-in their mobile devices for cash. You will accurately catalogue trade-in devices and ensure they are stored securely. Providing excellent customer service, resolving inquiries, and managing trade-in sales and payments are key aspects of this role. Additionally, you will maintain a clean and tidy retail environment, improve store facilities, and perform general operations and administrative functions.

Responsibilities

Job requirement

• To carry out various types of survey on board ships and sites on cargo, cargo measuring equipment and marine related activities.

Education and experience requirement.

ITE related in Marine or Diploma in Nautical, Maritime Studies, Marine Engineering or Marine related from a local polytechnic.

• Experience onboard vessel will be an advantage.
• Prepare to work at irregular hours as well as on weekends and Public Holidays
• Willing to travel overseas at a short notice.
• Probation will be six months.
• Must be physically fit.
• Completed NS service.

• Planning and managing the resources to run the day-to-day FM operations.

• Planning and execution of all M&E periodic preventive maintenance, repair and replacement programmes.
