Job Description & Requirements

• Carry out land surveying, setting out, andlevelling works for HDB construction project sites.
• Verify site measurements, alignment,coordinates, levels, and grid lines according to approved drawings and projectrequirements.
• Conduct topographic, boundary, and as-builtsurveys when required.
• Assist the project team in checking structurallevels, building positions, road levels, drainage levels, and other site surveymatters.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers,site supervisors, subcontractors, consultants, and relevant parties onsurvey-related works.
• Prepare and maintain survey records, setting-outreports, as-built drawings, and related site documentation.
• Ensure survey works are carried out accuratelyand in compliance with HDB project specifications, approved drawings, andconstruction standards.
• Support site progress by providing timely surveydata and resolving survey discrepancies or site measurement issues.
• Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma /Certificate in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, Building Construction orequivalent.
• Prior experience as a Land Surveyor in theconstruction industry, preferably in HDB / public housing projects.
• Good knowledge of site setting out, levelling, alignment, coordinates, and as-built survey works.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings, site plans, structural drawings, and survey data.
• Familiar with HDB project requirements, construction standards, and site safety practices will be an advantage.

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to support the tender, contract and cost control matters for our construction projects. The candidate will assist in preparing cost estimates, reviewing tender documents, handling progress claims, variation orders, subcontractor claims and other quantity surveying duties.

Fresh graduates with relevant construction / quantity surveying education are welcome to apply. Candidates with prior experience in construction projects will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

-Prepare and review tender documents, quotations, cost estimates, progress claims, variation orders and final accounts for construction projects.

-Take off quantities and prepare bills of quantities based on drawings, specifications and project requirements.

-Monitor project costs, budgets, subcontractor claims, material costs and other construction-related expenses.

-Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations, prepare cost comparisons and assist in procurement matters.

-Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and clients on contractual and cost-related matters.

-Assess and process progress claims, payment certificates, variation works and subcontractor payments.

-Maintain proper records of contracts, claims, variation orders, cost reports and supporting documents.

-Support the project team in cost control, budget monitoring and commercial documentation throughout the project.

-Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.

Job Requirements

-Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.

-Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

-1–3 years of relevant experience in construction / main contractor environment will be an advantage.

-Familiar with tender documents, drawings, specifications and construction project requirements.

-Knowledge of PSSCOC contracts will be an advantage.

-Able to work independently, meticulous, analytical and willing to learn.

-Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

-Able to start work immediately or within short notice is preferred.

• Oversee and manage daily construction site operations to ensure works are carried out in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and schedule.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise site activities, including subcontractors, workers, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and relevant statutory requirements.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or issues, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and relevant authorities on site matters and project coordination.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to construction standards.
• Prepare and submit site reports, progress updates, and documentation as required by the Company.
• Manage site resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to optimize productivity and cost efficiency.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain a safe and clean working environment on site.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Management.

Job Requirement

• Degree in Engineering (Civil and/or Structural) or Building equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of practical working experience in HDB / local building construction industry.
• Independent, positive attitude, self-motivated and responsible.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
