Job Responsibilities:

• Support Project Lead in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
• Assist with resource planning and stakeholder management across clients, internal teams, and partners
• Lead process management for procurement RFP packages, including analysis and reporting with consultants
• Maintain and ensure quality of project documentation and governance processes
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and track key actions and outcomes
• Monitor project progress, provide status updates, and communicate with stakeholders
• Collaborate with vendors, sub-vendors, and partners to ensure smooth project execution
• Proactively identify risks, manage change control, and escalate issues when necessary
• Drive adherence to project management processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure all project activities align with agreed timelines, budgets, and execution plans

Job Requirements:

• Minimum3 – 5 years of relevant project management experience; preferably from the real estate industry
• Good interpersonal and communication skills

A leading contracting firm is currently seeking an experienced candidate to join their expanding team as a M&E Quantity Surveyor.

Job Responsibilities:

• Taking off quantities, pricing and preparation of tender submission and prepare Bills of Quantity
• Analyze project specifications to recommend cost-saving measures
• Assist Project Team for Variation Works, Progress Claim and Cost Control and carry our contract administration duties
• Measure and determine amount of work done at stages to evaluate progress and contractual claims by sub-contractors
• Keep track of project cost as per planned schedule and budget Source for sub-contractors and suppliers, evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
• Assist in the settlement of final accounts with client, suppliers, and sub-contractors

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree Holders in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Possess minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• Be able to take instructions and work independently
• Possess good communications skills and able to take instructions and work independently
