We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Finance & Payroll Executive to manage payroll processing, financial administration, and accounting support functions. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate payroll execution, maintain financial records, support statutory compliance, and assist in day-to-day finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Administration

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.

• Maintain employee payroll records, attendance, leave, overtime, and claims.

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including CPF, IRAS, SDL, and other government-related submissions.

• Prepare payroll reports, payslips, and reconciliation schedules.
