Review and refine design solutions throughout different project phases.
Ensure that materials, finishes, and decorative elements align with the overall design vision.
Provide guidance during the construction and styling phase to maintain design consistency.
Adhere to adhoc tasks as and when necessary or directed by superior.
Project Coordination & Client Communication
Collaborate with Consultants to manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Communicate design concepts effectively to clients and adjust proposals based on feedback.
Oversee the material and décor selection process to ensure design integrity.
Construction Coordination & Execution Oversight
Work closely with the Project Implementation Department to ensure designs are accurately executed on-site.
Conduct site visits, design reviews, and project inspections to maintain quality and design precision.
Identify potential design or execution issues and provide solutions to ensure feasibility.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Architecture Design, Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related fields.
Open to Fresh Graduates (no experience), Junior (1–2 years), Mid-level (2–5 years), and Senior (5+ years)
Experience in residential or commercial design projects is a plus.
3D rendering and CAD drafting skills.
Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Good understanding of material selection and space planning.
Ability to coordinate projects from concept to completion.

Assist in office utilities and inventories including pantry.
Answering phones, managing mail, greeting visitors, and maintaining office equipment and supplies.
Assist in prepared and cleanliness of meeting room including entire office housekeeping
Acting as a liaison between departments, clients, and vendors.
Responsible to order and record office stationery.
Responsible to office machines such as photocopiers and computers.
Requirement
Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field.
At least 1 - 2 year working experience in related field.
