• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience

• At least 8 years of relevant working experience, including expertise in enterprise and solution architecture consulting skills such as stakeholder engagement, architecture reviews, and consensus building

• Strong experience in designing end-to-end solutions covering application, system, infrastructure, and hardware-integrated environments

• Exposure to solutions involving kiosks, self-service terminals, biometric devices, RFID readers, cameras, IoT, or other integrated end devices will be an added advantage

• Professional experience with n-tier application architecture development

• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to function at both detailed and conceptual levels

• Experience with AWS Cloud implementation, network design, business analytics, security, and biometrics will be an added advantage

• Hands-on experience in several of the following technologies/products:

o .NET Development Platform (Visual Studio, .NET Framework)

o C#, ASP.NET, Web Development

o Databases, SQL Server

o XML, SOAP, Web Services

o Exchange, AWS Products

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Service Delivery, Operations Management, or Technical Support environments.
• Experience managing mission-critical systems or large-scale enterprise platforms.
• Experience in application support, including troubleshooting, issue investigation, log analysis, user support, and coordination with development or engineering teams for issue resolution.
• Strong experience in incident management, problem management, and customer handling.
• Experience in biometric systems, border control systems, security systems, or government projects is an advantage.
• Familiarity with infrastructure, networking, servers, virtualization, cloud-native platforms, or enterprise applications is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL knowledge or certification.
• Experience in SLA/KPI management and service governance.
• Experience working with multi-vendor environments and government customers.
• Leadership experience managing support engineers or operational teams.
• Biometric system experience will be an added advantage.

• Bachelor's degree in Information & Communication Technologies (ICT), Information System, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years work experiences in designing and support complex IT systems project, and/or large ICT solutions as an Enterprise Architect
• Strong understanding of On-Premise ICT architectures, integration methods and best practices for building scalable, high-performance systems.
• Familiar with Government / Enterprise related practices like IM8, GCC 2.0, GCC+, HCC, etc
• In-depth understanding of web security protocols like OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SSL/TLS, along with best practices for authentication, authorization, and data privacy to maintain secure and resilient web solutions
• Extensive knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), cloud architecture principles, infrastructure-as-code, cloud security best practices, and cost optimization strategies to design and implement robust, scalable, and secure cloud solutions
• Experience with modern web technologies such as RESTful APIs, microservices and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Certified TOGAF/ITIL/PMP
• Certified Architect with at least one or more cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP
