RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the time flow for preparation of estimates

• Assist claim administrator

• Typing of GIA reports

• Submission of the first claims to insurances

• Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

• N level and above

• 1 year relevant experience as a Claims Admin Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update inventory files for all incoming and outgoing shipments
• Assist in preparing Bill of Materials (BOMs) for picking
• Print pick lists, packing labels, and shipment labels
• Coordinate with internal departments to manage all incoming and outgoing shipment activities.
• Support store operations in handling daily operational activities
• Assist with stock discrepancies and perform regular inventory checks and stock take.
