1. Calendar & Schedule Management
- Manage and coordinate daily schedules, meetings, and appointments
- Prioritize commitments and ensure optimal time management
- Send reminders and prepare necessary materials ahead of meetings
2. Administrative Support
- Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the manager
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentation materials
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
3. Meeting & Event Coordination
- Arrange internal and external meetings (venue, logistics, materials)
- Take meeting notes and follow up on action items
- Support planning of team events, client sessions, or workshops
4. Client & Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as a point of contact for clients and internal teams
- Ensure smooth communication and timely follow-ups
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
5. Task & Project Support
- Assist in tracking ongoing projects and deadlines
- Coordinate across teams to ensure deliverables are met
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and problem-solving as required
