Job Responsibilities:
• Record and report work injuries, medical cases, etc. to MOM via iReport and liaise with insurance agencies
• Apply for worker passes (Jurong Port, Jurong Island, PSA, etc.) as needed
• Manage issuance and records for uniforms, safety boots, and other supplies
• Track daily weighbridge data and prepare reports
• Arrange office/workshop meals and prepare monthly reports for Accounts
• Handle documentation, filing, and office supplies
• Assist with IT, building maintenance, and other administrative issues
• Respond to authority enquiries/inspections
• Answer phone calls, attend to visitors, and perform daily admin duties
• Prepare sponsorships, festival gifts for customers and staff, and other tasks as assigned
*Requirements:*
• N Level / O Level / Diploma or above with 2 years of relevant experience
• Able to communicate effectively with diverse nationalities
• Positive attitude, team player, and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
