Able to converse and write in Chinese and English.
Provide support to the Workshop team.
Coordinate vessel repair, equipment installation, and commissioning activities
Arrange engineers’ boarding schedules and work plans according to project timelines
Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion and client satisfaction
Handle unexpected issues such as delays, weather disruptions, or port restrictions
Preparation of reports.
Issuing Invoices, Credit Notes, AP duties.
Other ad hoc administrative duties.
Procurement of consumables for the workshop team.
