Job Description
1. Assess and treat women’s health conditions, focusing on prenatal and postnatal rehabilitation, including musculoskeletal changes, pelvic floor dysfunction, urinary or bowel incontinence, SI joint pain, and pubic symphysis dysfunction.
评估及治疗女性健康问题，专注于产前产后康复，包括肌肉骨骼变化、骨盆底功能障碍、尿失禁/肠道失禁、骶髂关节疼痛及耻骨联合问题。
2. Provide professional postnatal rehabilitation treatments such as pelvic floor recovery, posture correction, and functional body restoration.
提供专业产后康复服务，包括骨盆底修复、体态调整及身体功能恢复。
3. Support and manage postpartum-related issues, including body discomfort and lactation-related musculoskeletal problems.
处理及支持产后相关问题，包括身体不适及哺乳相关肌肉骨骼问题。
4. Develop individualized treatment plans based on client assessments and recovery goals.
根据客户评估结果与恢复目标制定个性化治疗方案。
5. Educate clients on self-care, pelvic floor exercises, posture, and safe daily movements for smooth recovery.
指导客户进行自我护理、骨盆底训练、正确姿势及安全日常活动，促进顺利康复。
6. Provide internal training and guidance to junior therapists to ensure treatment standards and service quality.
为初级治疗师提供培训与指导，确保治疗标准及服务质量。
7. Maintain accurate documentation of client assessments, treatment plans, progress, and outcomes.
负责客户评估记录、治疗计划、进展及效果的完整档案管理。
Job Requirements
1. Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy, Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), or related healthcare field.
具备物理治疗、康复治疗、中医或相关医疗领域文凭或学位。
2. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in:
• Women’s Health
• Postnatal Care
• Physiotherapy
• Rehabilitation
• Body Treatment / Slimming / Body Sculpting
• Beauty & Aesthetic Industry
至少1-2年以下相关领域经验：女性健康 / 产后护理 / 物理治疗 / 康复 / 美体护理 / 瘦身塑形 / 美容行业。
至少1-2年女性健康 / 产后护理 / 物理治疗 / 康复相关经验。
3. Experience in postpartum rehabilitation or pelvic floor training will be an added advantage.
具备产后康复或骨盆底训练经验者优先。
4. Fresh graduates in Physiotherapy are encouraged to apply (training will be provided).

5. Good communication skills and strong sense of responsibility.
