• Mengekalkan rekod tempahan yang tepat dalam sistem pengurusan hotel (PMS), termasuk penciptaan tempahan, pengubahsuaian, pembatalan dan penjejakan tempahan.

4) Sokongan operasi bahagian hadapan

• Melaksanakan tugas-tugas kaunter penerimaan tetamu seperti yang diperlukan, termasuk daftar masuk dan daftar keluar tetamu, membuat tempahan, memproses transaksi dan menjawab pertanyaan tetamu.

5) Pemantauan inventori dan tempahan

• Pantau ketersediaan bilik dan trend tempahan untuk mengelakkan tempahan berlebihan dan memastikan unit penginapan digunakan dengan cekap.

6) Khidmat pelanggan dan penyelesaian masalah

• Mengendalikan pertanyaan berkaitan tempahan dan membantu secara profesional dalam menyelesaikan masalah tempahan atau aduan tetamu.

7) Pelaporan dan Analisis Tempahan

• Sediakan laporan tempahan, ringkasan tempahan, laporan prestasi OTA dan statistik penghunian untuk semakan pihak pengurusan.

8) Laporan mingguan dan bulanan

• Sediakan laporan mingguan dan bulanan tentang jumlah hasil, prestasi tempahan dan statistik tempahan untuk setiap platform OTA untuk semakan pengurusan.

9) Penyelarasan merentas jabatan

• Bekerjasama rapat dengan pasukan kaunter penerimaan tetamu untuk memastikan ketibaan dan pemergian tetamu yang lancar, dan menyelaras dengan jabatan pemasaran untuk menyokong strategi promosi, acara dan tempahan dalam talian.
