Detailed Responsibilities

• Train and coach the development of OMS culture infrastructure with site champion, owner and site management team

• Support site manager on span of control analysis and adjustment plan

• Support site leadership team to develop Excellence School (physical infrastructure, trainers, training program and materials) and ensure standardization across sites

• Ensure site management team adhere to the OMS standards and are focused to have shop floor team following the OMS standards and deliver continuous improvement initiatives with financial impact

• Review the standard training matrix and program with each site, including particularities, detailing processes that need to be covered during trainings

• Develop business cases at sites that are under OMS implementation

• Share experiences, business cases of successful implementations, best practices and capabilities of OMS with site leaders and OMS champion

• Support site OMS Champions to speed up on OMS coverage on sites

• Gather information for standardization control (focused on OMS culture) with sites and monitor the progress with site management team

• Review implementation status with each site and report to the country lead on accomplishments and critical points

• Work with OMS Engineer to set up and maintain system infrastructure

• Understand and address challenges with infrastructure, cultural and behavioral changes with OMS country lead

- Follow sales techniques to maximize revenue. Input and access data in reservation system.

- Indicate special room reservation types (e.g., complimentary rooms, employee discounts, travel agent inspection rates, and wholesale reservations) by inputting the correct code and rate into the reservation system.

- Follow proper escalation procedures when addressing guest concerns.

- Any other duties/tasks as requested by management.

Key Requirements

• At least 1 year experience in a similar role

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Tactical sourcing for food and non-food categories related items
- Ongoing assessment, strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management
- Drive purchasing needs within all the departments and manage communication by giving procurement updates weekly
- Identify Cost Control Strategies
- Monthly Purchasing Reports
- Conduct Physical Inventory Counts at various locations within the company
- Examine and analyze inventory levels to ensure they match the records in the company database
- Detect discrepancies or errors in inventory records and report to management
- Identify slow-moving or obsolete inventory and take necessary action to address it
- Collaborate with team members to share inventory audit findings and proposed solutions
- Create reports on inventory levels and communicate findings to management

- Any other duties/tasks as requested by management

Job Requirements:

- Minimum ‘O’ Level and above with at least 2 years of working experience in purchasing in the Hospitality industry
- Good communications & negotiation skills
- Strong research skills & time management
- Planning & coordination
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
- Experience in Purchasing & inventory softwares
- Strong email skills
- Positive attitude, adaptability and able to work independently and as well as in team
- Altminds/orderEZ system knowledge preferred
