Altium is growing and we are looking for an Account Manager to drive our growth in the assigned region. The primary role of the Account Manager is to build new customers and leverage relationships with existing customers to expand and upsell products and services.
A day in the life of our Account Manager:
- Build and nurture relationships with new and existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Altium’s solutions.
- Ensure high post-sales satisfaction, driving renewals and long-term partnerships.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- With deep dive Account Mapping, should be able to Present Altium’s value proposition through presentations accordingly to various stakeholders' personas in an Account/ organisation.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales activities in Altium’s CRM system.
- Execute specialized projects such as call-out campaigns and customer data updates.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand Altium’s customer base and enhance market penetration.
- Track and manage subscription renewal dates within the assigned territory to maximize retention.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing and customer success teams, to drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and Altium’s evolving product offerings.
- Office based in Bangalore with potential travel within India
