We're looking for a driven Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of key enterprise clients. You'll be at the forefront of our commercial growth — building long-term partnerships, navigating complex sales cycles, and delivering real business impact across industries including FMCG, Banking & Financial Services, Healthcare, and Pharmaceuticals.

To plan, implement, monitor and control the offering of foundation courses for the degree programs offered by the FET. Working closely with Dean and the faculty members, to deliver the program using appropriate teaching and learning and assessment methods, affecting any necessary modifications, communicating information to students. To monitor and develop faculty members for qualified teaching, to achieved high standard of output of research and community services.

• To provide leadership and create enthusiasm for teaching among faculty members of the program.
• To develop teamwork and balance the strength of individuals, allocating responsibilities as appropriate.
• To define and develop program curriculum, policy, priorities and schemes of work regularly and to monitor their implementation, setting program target as necessary, working within the vision and mission of Faculty and SU and in line with educational developments nationally.
• To monitor the work of lecturers, ensuring that they are following the correct syllabi and adhering to the policies.
• To ensure that the program is up to date with the implementation of SU and DIKTI policies.
• To promote a high standard of teaching within the program, monitoring academic standards and ensuring with others that the students’ learning is effective and continuous, enabling them to achieve the best result of which they are capable.
• To make appropriate arrangements for classes in each semester and communicate with Academic Registry.

About The Team

We are hiring a Strategy Analyst to support a high-performing Strategy team that works directly with the CEO. You will work across a wide range of topics -- long-term corporate strategy, investment analysis, financial performance, market research, and organizational priorities -- providing the research, data, and analytical foundation that the team builds on.

This is an early-career role designed for someone who is sharp, structured, and hungry to grow fast. You will be exposed to the most consequential decisions in the company from day one.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitive benchmarking across a wide variety of strategic topics
• Build and maintain data models, financial trackers, and analytical frameworks that support ongoing strategy work
• Develop a working understanding of Amartha's P&L, business model, and financial drivers to support investment and performance analyses
• Produce first-draft slides, data summaries, and written sections for review by the Senior Strategy Manager and VP Strategy
• Turn raw data and research into clean, insight-ready charts, tables, and executive-friendly visualizations
• Support preparation for high-stakes meetings with C-suite and senior stakeholders across the organization
• Respond to ad hoc requests from VP Strategy with fast, accurate, and well-structured outputs

• S1 from a reputable Indonesian university (UI, ITB, UGM, UNPAD, Prasmul, BINUS or equivalent)
• Economics, Management, Engineering, or quantitative disciplines preferred; strong academic record expected
• 1 to 3 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, or a structured analytical role
• Strong quantitative skills -- Excel proficiency, financial modeling basics, and comfort with data analysis
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and communicate findings clearly in both written and slide format
• Exposure to or genuine interest in financial services, fintech, or lending businesses

The Sales Performance Analyst will drive the performance of the field acquisition team by institutionalizing high-quality execution standards, developing Agent Partner (AP) capabilities, and optimizing organizational health. He/she will translate data into actionable SOPs and learning programs that ensure the field network team grows sustainably and efficiently.

Job Description

1. Capability & Learning Development

• Skill Gap Analysis: Identify core competency gaps within the field acquisition team through performance data and field shadowing.
• Training Framework: Design and implement a continuous learning curriculum focusing on negotiation, territory management, and product knowledge.
• Certification Programs: Establish a "Graduation" or "Tiering" system to incentivize AP to move from novice to expert levels.

2. People & Organization Development

• Performance Management: Design incentive schemes and KPIs that align with long-term network quality, not just short-term volume.
• Organization Structure: Evaluate and recommend optimal spans of control for field leaders to ensure adequate coaching and supervision.
• Retention Strategy: Analyze AP turnover and implement engagement initiatives to maintain a stable, high-performing field force.

3. SOPs & Execution Excellence

• Standardization: Develop and maintain end-to-end SOPs for the acquisition lifecycle—from prospecting and onboarding to first-transaction support.
• Quality Assurance (QA): Create audit frameworks to ensure field agents are adhering to compliance and branding standards during the acquisition process.
• Tool Optimization: Drive the adoption of SFA (Sales Force Automation) tools to ensure real-time reporting and eliminate manual bottlenecks.

• Industry Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Development, or Trade Marketing within FMCG, Telecommunications, or PPOB (Payment Point Online Bank).
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot tables, complex formulas).
• Experience with CRM or SFA software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or proprietary field apps).
• Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker) is a plus.
• Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to turn raw field data into a structured process or training module.

We’re looking for someone to own this system end-to-end — from promotion design to in-store execution to performance optimization.

What You’ll Own

1. Promotion Performance & Store-Level Tracking

• Maintain visibility of all live promotions across:
• Warungs / General Trade
• Minimarkets (e.g. Indomaret, Alfamart)
• Supermarkets
• Track performance at outlet level:
• Sales uplift vs baseline
• Coupon redemption rates
• Basket size and repeat purchase impact
• Build a clear internal “promotion scoreboard”

2. Coupon & Promotion Strategy

• Design and optimize in-store offers:
• Bundles (“Beli 2 lebih hemat”)
• Small-value coupons (Rp2–5K range)
• QR triggered incentives
• Decide:
• Which offers run in which stores
• Improve efficiency:
• Increase redemption
• Reduce unnecessary discounting

3. Channel-Specific Playbooks

• Build different strategies for:
• Warungs (relationship-driven, no POS systems)
• Minimarkets (structured, higher traffic)
• Supermarkets (planned shopping behavior)
• Identify what works by:
• Region (Java vs non-Java)
• Store type
• Category

4. In-Store Experimentation & Optimization

• Run structured tests across stores:

• Continuously iterate based on data

5. Execution & Field Coordination

• Work closely with:

6. Budget Ownership & ROI

• Own promotion and coupon budgets by campaign
• Track ROI of each promotion
• Reallocate spend toward high-performing mechanics

What We’re Looking For

• 3-5 years experience in:
• Trade marketing / shopper marketing / retail / category roles in Indonesia
• Hands-on operator — willing to go into stores and validate execution
• Strong analytical skills — able to evaluate sales uplift, coupon redemption, and promotion ROI using Excel / Google Sheets
• Clear understanding of Indonesia retail dynamics:
• Warungs (GT) vs minimarkets / supermarkets
• Sell-in vs sell-out, distributor flow
• Hands-on experience with trade marketing / in-store promotions (discounts, bundles, activations)
• Able to turn data into clear actions (what to scale, fix, or stop)
• Strong execution mindset — understands on-ground realities and works with field teams / store owners
• Comfortable running tests and iterating promotions across stores or regions
• Good commercial judgment — balances sales growth vs promo cost
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
