• To proactively make pre-bookings by calling customers likely to require servicing to make sure workshop is neither over nor under-utilized on any given day.
• To always check if the vehicle in question has any outstanding field actions/service actions.
• To record ANY instances of a customer’s vehicle returning with the same complaint as was previously repaired.
• To communicate bookings pipeline with the service manager and Job and warranty administrator, parts department to allow them to do ‘parts pre picking’ for all bookings.
• To receive customers courteously and professionally and communicate effectively with them towards understanding accurately determine their needs/concerns/service requests.
• Inspecting the vehicle and utilize Denza processes and completing all documents as required.

Roles & Responsibilities

This position will encompass both Accounts payable and receivable functions. 

As Accounts Executive, your overall objective will be to work with the finance team with primarily responsible being day to day execution and management of AP and AR portfolio in the department.

The main responsibility will involve the following scope:

-Manage AP and foreign currency payments.

-Manage AR and credit control.

-General Ledger and balance sheet reconciliation.

-Liaising with operations and other departments to gather financial information and to enter these information into operational and finance system.

-Assist with month end, quarterly end and year end audit requirements.

-Prepare month end journal.

-Prepare cash flow forecasts/analysis on daily/monthly basis.

-Bank reconciliation, including multi-currency reconciliation.

-Ensure company debtor accounts are paid as per trading terms.

Requirements for the role

-Malaysian age below 40.

-Possess minimum LCCI Diploma qualification in Accounting or bachelor degree.

-3-5 years experience in handling accounting functions, ideally in similar logistics sector industry.

-Experience in reconciling general ledger accounts and foreign currency transactions would be an advantage.

-Prior experience using CargoWise advantageous. 

-Intermediate Excel skills.

-Highly professional work approach and ability to tight deadlines.

-Must be proficient in written and oral English plus conversant in BM and Mandarin/Chinese.

Peranan kerja

Peranan ini merupakan jawatan tetap sepenuh masa bagi peranan pengurusan dalam Jabatan Kewangan.

Penyandang jawatan akan bertanggungjawab untuk fungsi perakaunan harian dalam Jabatan Kewangan. Tanggungjawab utama adalah untuk mengurus set lengkap akaun dan penyediaan pelaporan kewangan dan pengurusan.

Tugas-tugas utama:

*Penghasilan akaun pengurusan akhir bulan termasuk P&L, kunci kira-kira dan ramalan aliran tunai.

*Pengurusan akruan, prabayaran, susut nilai dan jurnal bulanan tunai runcit.

*Penyelarasan kunci kira-kira lejar utama bulanan dan akaun untung rugi.

*Menyelenggara rekod perakaunan dan pangkalan data.

Profil dan atribut Calon

Kami sedang mencari calon yang mempunyai kelayakan profesional ACCA atau Ijazah Sarjana Muda dalam Perakaunan.

-Warganegara Malaysia berumur di bawah 50 tahun.

-5-10 tahun pengalaman kerja dalam fungsi kewangan dan perakaunan.

Untuk dipertimbangkan bagi peranan ini, calon mestilah mahir dalam Bahasa Inggeris lisan dan bertulis serta fasih berbahasa Inggeris dan Mandarin.

Calon yang tinggal dalam radius 30 KM di sekitar Bukit Jalil akan dianggap paling sesuai untuk menjawat jawatan ini. Tempat-tempat ini termasuk Kinrara Puchong, Jalan Klang Lama, Sri Petaling, Cheras, Seri Kembangan dan Kajang.

• Position Title: Finance Manager (Senior Accountant).

The hiring company

This company,a subsidiary of a Public Listed Company is a forward looking organization specializing in business travel support services. They have been in the business of providing quality chauffeured limousine services and hire-and drive car rental for over two decades in Malaysia. Currently they are actively looking for a fully qualified accountant to become part of the Finance team to manage the full functions of accounting and finance of the organization at Bandar Bukit Jalil in outskirts of Kuala Lumpur. 

The job role

This role is full time permanent position managerial role within the Finance Department.

The incumbent will be responsible for the day-to-day accounting functions within the Finance Department. Main responsibilities will be to manage full set of accounts and preparation of financial and management reporting.

Key duties:

*Production of month end management accounts including P&L,balance sheet and cash flow forecasting.

*Management of accruals,prepayments,depreciation and petty cash month journals.

*Reconciliation of monthly key ledger balance sheet and profit and loss accounts.

*Maintain accounting records and database.

Candidate Profile and attributes

We are looking for candidates who would have a professional qualification ACCA or Bachelor degree in Accountancy.

-Malaysian age below 50.

-5-10 years of work experience in finance and accounting functions.

To be considered for this role, candidates must be proficient in spoken and written English plus conversant in BM and Mandarin.

Candidates who are residing within 30 KM radius within the vicinity of Bukit Jalil will be considered most convenient to take up this position. These places include Kinrara Puchong, Old Klang Road, Sri Petaling, Cheras, Seri Kembangan and Kajang.

Key job responsibilities

As Senior Executive at the organization level, you will be responsible for handling full set of accounts, monthly/quarterly and yearly financial and management reports. You will also handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.

As Senior Finance Executive, you will also be involved in managing other non-finance portfolio such as payroll and purchasing activities.

Job Requirements

You will preferably be a qualified Accountant with a degree in Accounting and Finance. You will have a minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience, preferably gained from trading and distribution company. As senior executive, you will be highly flexible, hands-on and able to work independently and enjoy working in a small team environment. You will have good communications skills, fluent in English and conversant in BM and Chinese/Mandarin.
