Job Description

1. Handle data entry, verification, and filing of warehouse inbound and outbound documents for raw materials and finished goods.
2. Maintain and update inventory records in ERP/WMS systems accurately and timely.
3. Assist in daily, monthly, and annual stock counts, investigate discrepancies, and prepare inventory reports.
4. Manage warehouse documentation including receiving notes, delivery orders, material requisitions, return forms, and transfer records.

What You’ll Be Doing：

Sourcing

• Lead new supplier sourcing, evaluation, audit, and onboarding processes
• Negotiate contracts with key and strategic suppliers, and establish long-term, trust-based partnerships
• Develop and manage supplier performance evaluation systems (QCDS: Quality, Cost, Delivery, Service), and drive continuous improvement through regular reviews

Position Overview：

As a Sales Engineer, you will serve as a key communication bridge between our Malaysia team and U.S. retail customers as well as the U.S. sales team. This role primarily communicates with customers through email, ensuring product requirements are accurately understood and efficiently implemented.
