The Program Coordinator will join a team of professionals working in a fast-paced, team environment. The Program Coordinator facilitates and manages various processes (client-specific) within the contingent worker lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding. The Program Coordinator also provides first-level customer support to Hiring Managers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Assist Hiring managers, Staffing Specialists, and suppliers during all stages of the contract labor acquisition process including but not limited to interview scheduling, onboarding, worker assignment management, time and expense management, and offboarding.
• Document all client-reported issues and track resolution through to completion ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and update worker assignments to reflect appropriate changes.
• Provide constant communication to clients, suppliers, contingent workers, and other partners via face-to-face meetings, email, and phone.
• Conduct research and analysis to resolve client or supplier inquiries as needed.
• Provide program status reports to leadership as required.
• Monitor performance against contract SLAs (i.e. pending end of assignments, invoicing, time and expense management, and vendor compliance tracking)
• Constant interaction with vendors to ensure new hire paperwork is completed promptly so the contractor can start assignments on time.

ABOUT THE ROLE

A mid-level accounting position responsible for delivering comprehensive fund accounting services with minimal supervision. This role handles both low and medium complexity funds, focusing on core accounting processes and standard cluster communications. The position requires independent execution of established procedures while maintaining quality and timeliness standards. 

Core Responsibilities:  
• Prepare financial statements, NAV reports, and other deliverables using prescribed guidelines 
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of work within established standards and following detailed checklists 
• Apply relevant accounting standards and requirements as directed 
• Follow quality control processes and risk management protocols 
• Build knowledge of client's specific requirements and industry practices 

Tasks: 
• Process and maintain accurate fund books and records 
• Perform daily bookkeeping and prepare periodic financial reports 
• Process routine capital calls, distributions, and investor notices 
• Identify and report potential operational risks to manager 
• Conduct self-reviews to maintain quality standards 
• Assist in documenting standard operating procedures and to follow the agreed upon standard operating procedures 
• Track work progress through timesheet completion  
• Participate in required training programs and in process improvement initiatives 
• Perform other related duties as assigned for role and business needs

THIS ROLE:

In this role, you will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and testing of complex dashboards using industry standard tools within company’s system. You will follow definition of done and process around Azure DevOps. You will explore and learn other relevant programming language and application. You will have an interaction with stakeholders to understand project requirements and business problems will be necessary.

• You will identify new features and improvement on standardized workbook / existing client workbook and process
• You will create dashboard/new feature documentation and support client bespoke requests, product development solutions related-requests, and BAU requests related to new features implementation 
• You will lead/support/attend client meeting to understand detailed project requirements, business problems and provide recommendation
• You will build and develop new solution/program/dataase and execute process improvement to enhance customer experience 
• You will develop wireframe for standardized dashboards and customized solutions
• You will be the subject matter expertise in Tableau, SQL and Python and provide buddy system with other developer
