1. Pantau aktiviti tapak harian bagi memastikan pematuhan terhadap peraturan keselamatan dan dasar syarikat.

2. Mengenal pasti bahaya dan melaksanakan langkah pembetulan/pencegahan.

3. Menguatkuasakan penggunaan Peralatan Pelindung Diri (PPE) yang betul.

4. Mengadakan mesyuarat kotak peralatan dan taklimat keselamatan

5. Menyiasat kemalangan, insiden dan hampir berlakunya kemalangan; menyediakan laporan dengan cadangan

6. Menguatkuasakan dasar dan prosedur keselamatan merentasi semua operasi kilang

7. Kenal pasti bahaya yang berkaitan dengan jentera berat, peralatan pengangkat dan proses perindustrian

8. Pantau aktiviti pemasangan kren dan ujian beban untuk memastikan amalan pengangkatan yang selamat

9. Pastikan semua pekerja mematuhi prosedur kerja selamat dan penyataan kaedah

10. Mengekalkan rekod, laporan dan dokumentasi keselamatan

11. Berhubung dengan pengurus projek, kontraktor dan pihak berkuasa kawal selia mengenai perkara keselamatan

Kelayakan:

1. Ijazah Sarjana Muda/Diploma dalam Keselamatan & Kesihatan Pekerjaan, Kejuruteraan atau bidang berkaitan adalah satu kelebihan tambahan.
2. Minimum 2–3 tahun pengalaman sebagai Penyelia Keselamatan Tapak dalam keselamatan pembinaan atau industri.
3. Pengetahuan yang kukuh tentang peraturan keselamatan Malaysia, keperluan OSHA dan amalan HSE tapak.
4. Pemahaman yang kukuh tentang mesin dan keselamatan mengangkat adalah satu kelebihan tambahan.
5. Kebolehan mengenal pasti risiko dan melaksanakan penyelesaian praktikal
