Your Impact: Key Responsibilities

As a Compensation & Benefits Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration of employee compensation and benefits, ensuring all packages and policies are aligned with the organization’s strategic goals. Your impact includes:

• Payroll & Finance Support: Validate monthly payroll data (new hires, exits, revisions) for submission to providers. Review outputs for discrepancies and sanitize data for Finance team accounting.
• Final Pay Processing: Manage full and final settlements for separated employees, including leave encashment, gratuity, and bonuses.
• Benefits Administration: Manage statutory benefits (EPF, ESI, gratuity) and monitor vendor performance and policy renewals.
• HRIS & Documentation: Maintain accurate records within BambooHR and support POSH-related documentation and internal committee coordination.
• Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to Indian labor laws (Bonus Act, Shops & Establishments, etc.) and support statutory audits.
• Vendor Coordination: Act as the primary liaison for external payroll, insurance, and benefit vendors to resolve service issues.

Qualifications: Skills & Experience

We are seeking candidates with the following credentials:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in compensation and benefits processing and benefits administration.
• In-depth knowledge of current Indian labor rules, regulations, and statutory requirements.
• High proficiency in MS Excel and experience managing HRIS platforms (specifically BambooHR).
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
