Tanggungjawab Utama:
Pembangunan Konsep:
Membangunkan dan mengartikulasikan konsep dan tema kreatif untuk acara, memastikan ia unik, inovatif dan selaras dengan visi dan objektif pelanggan.
Bekerjasama dengan pelanggan untuk memahami keperluan mereka dan menterjemahkannya kepada pengalaman acara yang menarik.
Arahan Kreatif:
Menerajui hala tuju kreatif untuk semua acara, termasuk reka bentuk, hiasan, hiburan dan suasana keseluruhan.
Menyelia penciptaan bahan acara, seperti jemputan, program, papan tanda dan kandungan digital.
Kepimpinan Pasukan:
Mengurus dan memberi inspirasi kepada pasukan profesional kreatif, termasuk pereka, penghias dan penyelaras hiburan.
Memberikan hala tuju yang jelas dan maklum balas yang membina bagi memastikan hasil kreatif yang berkualiti tinggi.
Pengurusan Projek:
Bekerjasama rapat dengan pasukan perancangan acara dan produksi untuk memastikan pelaksanaan visi kreatif yang lancar.
Membangun dan mengurus garis masa, bajet dan sumber untuk projek kreatif.
Penyelarasan Penjual:
Mengenal pasti, berunding dengan dan mengurus vendor dan rakan kongsi luaran untuk elemen kreatif seperti pencahayaan, pementasan dan perkhidmatan audiovisual.
Pastikan semua hasil kerja vendor memenuhi piawaian kreatif dan keperluan acara.
Analisis Trend:
Kekal dikemas kini tentang trend terkini dalam reka bentuk acara, teknologi dan hiburan untuk menggabungkan idea-idea segar dan inovatif ke dalam acara.
Menjalankan kajian pasaran dan analisis pesaing secara berkala untuk mengekalkan kelebihan daya saing.
Interaksi Pelanggan:
Membentangkan konsep dan cadangan kreatif kepada pelanggan, dengan memasukkan maklum balas dan membuat pelarasan yang diperlukan.
Membina dan mengekalkan hubungan yang kukuh dengan pelanggan, memastikan kepuasan dan kepercayaan mereka terhadap keupayaan kreatif kami.
Kelayakan:
Diploma atau Ijazah Sarjana Muda dalam Pengurusan Acara, Reka Bentuk, Pemasaran atau bidang yang berkaitan.
Pengalaman terbukti sebagai Pengarah Kreatif atau peranan yang serupa dalam industri acara. Minimum 4 tahun ke atas
Portfolio yang kukuh mempamerkan konsep dan pelaksanaan acara kreatif.
Kemahiran kepimpinan, komunikasi dan interpersonal yang cemerlang.
Kemahiran dalam perisian dan alat reka bentuk, seperti Adobe Creative Suite.
Kebolehan menguruskan pelbagai projek secara serentak dan memenuhi tarikh akhir yang ketat.
Perhatian yang tinggi terhadap perincian dan minat yang mendalam terhadap kreativiti dan inovasi.

Ringkasan Kerja
Mewujudkan, mengekalkan dan mengukuhkan hubungan dalaman dan luaran secara aktif, melaksanakan prosedur jaminan
Bekerja di bawah seliaan Penolong Pengurus Jaminan, Pengurus atau Pengurus Kanan, dan membantu melaksanakan kerja audit dan membentangkan penemuannya kepada pelanggan.
Menyumbang pandangan teknikal untuk mengaudit penglibatan pelanggan dan projek dalaman
Tugas dan Tanggungjawab
Memimpin pasukan untuk mengambil bahagian dalam tugasan audit dari awal hingga akhir termasuk:
Melaksanakan kerja-kerja audit di lapangan
Mendokumentasikan dan menyusun kertas kerja audit
Mengenal pasti isu-isu dan membentangkan penemuan dan cadangan audit serta menjalankan tindakan susulan dan memenuhi tarikh akhir yang ketat.
Semak laporan audit
Melaksanakan pemahaman yang kukuh tentang prinsip perakaunan dan pengauditan (contohnya MFRS/IFRS/MPERS/CA 2016 dan ISA)
Menyelia Pembantu Jaminan dan memudahkan hubungan untuk keperluan dan kehendak pasukan

Keperluan
Mempunyai sekurang-kurangnya Ijazah Sarjana Muda dalam Perakaunan atau Kewangan, atau mereka yang mempunyai kelayakan profesional penuh atau separa (MICPA, ACCA, ICAEW, ICAA, CPA(A) atau CIMA)

Pemilihan dan Pengkhususan Produk: Pastikan pemilihan produk memenuhi keperluan pelanggan dan kedudukan jenama. Selain itu, memastikan keseimbangan barangan trend ke hadapan dan klasik abadi yang sesuai dengan khalayak sasaran kami.
Pengurusan Inventori: Jejaki tahap inventori dengan teliti, termasuk meramalkan permintaan, mengurus tahap stok dan melaksanakan strategi untuk meminimumkan OOS atau inventori berlebihan.
Analisis Prestasi: Menganalisis prestasi jualan, metrik produk untuk meningkatkan kadar jualan terus.

Requirements:

Excellent math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors.
