Assist in office utilities and inventories including pantry.
Answering phones, managing mail, greeting visitors, and maintaining office equipment and supplies.
Assist in prepared and cleanliness of meeting room including entire office housekeeping
Acting as a liaison between departments, clients, and vendors.
Responsible to order and record office stationery.
Responsible to office machines such as photocopiers and computers.
Requirement
Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field.
At least 1 - 2 year working experience in related field.
Preferable on candidate has knowledge in Autocount
Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office i.e Excel, Word, Power Point
Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks.
