The job role

This role is full time permanent position managerial role within the Finance Department.

The incumbent will be responsible for the day-to-day accounting functions within the Finance Department. Main responsibilities will be to manage full set of accounts and preparation of financial and management reporting.

Key duties:

*Production of month end management accounts including P&L,balance sheet and cash flow forecasting.

*Management of accruals,prepayments,depreciation and petty cash month journals.

*Maintain accounting records and database.

Candidate Profile and attributes

We are looking for candidates who would have a professional qualification ACCA or Bachelor degree in Accountancy.

-5-10 years of work experience in finance and accounting functions.

Tanggungjawab Juruteknik Penghawa Dingin termasuk tetapi tidak terhad kepada

• Memasang, memeriksa, menyelenggara, dan membaiki pelbagai jenis dan jenama penghawa dingin komersial dan kediaman.
• Melaksanakan penyelenggaraan preventif berkala dan kerja-kerja pembetulan pada sistem penghawa dingin.
• Mencari punca masalah elektrik dan mekanikal jika ada kerosakan.
• Melaksanakan kerja-kerja membaiki seperti penggantian kompresor penghawa dingin, motor, kipas, dan lain-lain.
• Mengesyorkan kerja-kerja membaiki yang sesuai dan penambahbaikan kepada pelanggan.
• Melaksanakan servis penghawa dingin di kediaman dan premis komersial pelanggan yang termasuk pencucian kimia, pemeriksaan gas, dan perkhidmatan penyelenggaraan umum.
• Memastikan semua kerja-kerja mematuhi standard alat dan Akta Kesihatan dan Keselamatan.
• Melaporkan harian dan mingguan kepada pengurus terus.
• Sebarang tugas lain yang diperlukan oleh penyelia segera.

• Pengalaman praktikal dalam pemasangan, penyelenggaraan (termasuk mencuci kimia), mengesan masalah, dan membaiki penghawa dingin.
• Mampu melakukan kerja fizikal.
• Penguasaan asas bertutur dan menulis dalam Bahasa Melayu dan Bahasa Inggeris
• Lesen memandu GDL.
• Pengalaman minimum 1 tahun diperlukan.
• Selesa bekerja 5.5 hari (Isnin hingga Jumaat 9 pagi hingga 6:00 petang / Sabtu 9 pagi hingga 1 petang).
• Diutamakan dengan sijil Lesen BCA (Lesen Penghawa Dingin) - Pemasangan Sokongan Struktur Untuk Unit Penghawa Dingin atau yang setaraf / Sijil Kebolehan Khas Malaysia (Diutamakan).

• Production of drawings on CAD and BIM Revit model for C&S works
• Working towards deadlines set by Project Manager or CAD/BIM Manager
• Responsible for the quality of production
• Prepare and update 3D BIM models for submissions.
• Participate in the production of 2D drawings from BIM models with accuracy ensuring drawings produced are according to the Office or the Client’s Drafting Standards and Procedures, and the drawing submission schedule is achieved.
• Maintain proper records of all issued & received models/drawings, Clash Reports, RFIs, BIM Register in accordance with the company’s ISO Standards and Procedures and ensure all the drawings are completed on schedule or in a timely manner.
• Support Project Team for Presentations with BIM-Model and related activities
• Work under the supervision of BIM Manager and perform work task assigned.
• Ensures timely Responsible for producing and amending engineering design drawings prepared by the Design Team and manage workload.
• Liaising with BIM engineers in other offices to help coordinate design delivery.
• Ability to produce all 2D and 3D design drawings information required for any type of structure wide range of tasks in support of the technical staff

About the Role

We are seeking a Facilities Management Executive to support the daily operations and maintenance of a government project site. The role involves coordinating maintenance works, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and to maintain building performance and safety.

Job description:

• Assist in carrying out building and structural inspections in compliance with BCA periodic inspection requirements.

• Prepare inspection reports, technical reports, and photographic documentation.

• Assist in preparing method statements, work procedures, and risk assessments.

• Support the Project Manager in daily operations for maintenance and small-scale construction works.

• Supervise and coordinate site activities, including repair, rectification, and minor construction works.

• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure smooth work progress.

• Monitor work quality, progress, and compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.

• Attend site inspections, meetings, and progress reviews.

• Assist in preparing progress reports, material submissions, and site records.

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company procedures.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Building Services or related field

• 1–4 years of relevant experience in facilities management, building maintenance, or construction projects

• Experience in government or institutional projects will be an advantage

• Able to work in a site-based environment

• Good coordination and communication skills

Job Responsibilities

• Operate the tower crane safely and efficiently to lift, move, and position construction materials and equipment at site.
• Conduct daily pre-operation inspections and routine checks to ensure the tower crane is in safe working condition.
• Assess load weights and lifting capacities before each lifting operation to ensure compliance with safe working limits.
• Work closely with riggers, signalmen, lifting supervisors, and site personnel to execute lifting activities according to approved lifting plans.
• Follow all safety procedures, site regulations, and operational guidelines to prevent accidents and incidents.
• Maintain accurate records of crane operations, inspections, and maintenance activities.
• Report any defects, malfunctions, or safety concerns to the supervisor and maintenance team promptly.
• Ensure housekeeping around the crane access area and maintain a safe working environment.
• Comply with company policies, workplace safety requirements, and relevant government regulations.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience operating tower cranes in construction projects.
• Possess a valid Tower Crane Operator Certificate and MOM-approved Crane Operator Licence in Singapore.
• Strong knowledge of tower crane operations, load charts, lifting procedures, and workplace safety requirements.
• Familiarity with lifting plans, rigging practices, and standard hand signal communication.
• Good understanding of relevant WSH regulations and industry best practices.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced outdoor construction environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with site teams.
• Responsible, safety-conscious, and committed to maintaining high operational standards.
