The Senior Recruiter / Senior Talent Partner is responsible for delivering complex, high-impact hiring while elevating the overall effectiveness of Fulfillment IQ’s recruiting function.

This role goes beyond filling roles. Senior Recruiters are expected to own hard-to-fill, specialist, or senior hires, improve hiring quality, speed, and decision discipline, and surface data-backed insights that help the Talent Acquisition Lead optimize strategy, process, and capacity.

This is a senior individual contributor role with significant influence, broad stakeholder exposure, and a clear path toward talent acquisition leadership.

Mandate:

Team Enablement

• Coach and support Recruiters through informal mentorship and calibration

Vendor Partnership & Vendor Management:

• Act as the primary SPOC for external vendors, ensuring alignment on role requirements, hiring timelines, and evaluation criteria

Role Overview

Core

• 2–5 years of Product Management experience (B2B SaaS / platform preferred)
• Demonstrable use of AI tools — you use LLMs for writing, research, prototyping, analysis, and coding assistance. You are comfortable to walk us through your AI-augmented workflow in detail.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and data systems
• Experience driving end-to-end product execution

About this role

As Head of Partnerships for India & ROW, you will scale and optimize Wati’s existing partner ecosystem to drive revenue growth and market expansion. You will refine partner programs, lead GTM initiatives, and work cross-functionally to maximize partner-led impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build a scalable partner program and GTM
• Revenue Generation: Drive partner revenue growth through collaboration with key partners.
• Program Development: Create and implement a scalable partner program and go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
• Partner Framework: Establish a comprehensive partner framework focused on acquisition, enablement, expansion, support, and continuous training.
• Process Optimization: Develop and refine partner processes and tools, ensuring ongoing improvements.
• Be a partner champion in the organization
• Organizational Advocacy: Act as a champion for partnerships within the company.
• Cross-Functional Integration: Develop a cohesive partner strategy that integrates processes, content, and data with various stakeholders (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Product/Engineering).
• Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing, world-class partner management team.
• Talent Development: Recruit, coach, and mentor partner managers to foster a culture of excellence.
• Financial Management: Oversee P&L and budget management for the partnership function.

Qualifications:

• Ecosystem Knowledge: Strong understanding of Wati’s ecosystem, with prior relevant experience.
• Experience: Proven track record in leading partner managers, account management, or sales teams within a software company, ideally in the SaaS or subscription software sector.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to effectively lead and manage global, distributed teams across diverse cultures and business lines.

• Strategic mindset - ability to prioritize among partners and build long term relationships
• 10 years of experience in partnership, and at least 5 years of management experience leading a team of young and driven individuals in a dynamic and ever changing environment, preferably in a tech or software company
• Partner centric mindset
• Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus eg. Hubspot
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written), energetic, team player
