Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously within the Retail, CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods), and FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) domains, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery
• Oversee the launch and day-to-day management of projects from various locations, coordinating with global teams to meet business goals and client expectations
• Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans as needed while facilitating regular status meetings and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
• Partner with HR and leadership to hire top talent, building and mentoring a strong team of approximately 60 to 70 resources aligned with company values and performance standards
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment that encourages innovation, growth, and teamwork while serving as the key facilitator for teams operating out of new office locations
• Act as the go-to person for any operational or setup issues within the office, working closely with HR, IT, and facilities teams to resolve challenges quickly and ensure seamless establishment of the office
• Serve as a liaison between global teams to ensure alignment on project objectives, timelines, and priorities while providing regular updates to senior leadership on office setup, team performance, and project progress
• Possess a proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges in an evolving business environment, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for growth and improvement
