Position Objective

This is a high-impact regional marketing role, working in close partnership with the Regional Marketing Director, AMENA to lead brand strategy and execution for Skincare and Feminine care portfolio across the AMENA region with particular focus on Southeast Asia and the Middle East. 

The role includes identifying and evaluating portfolio gaps and developing launch strategies and plans, and to specifically drive digital marketing strategy and ensure executional optimisation for the assigned brands. Additionally, this role will support the improvement of in-market digital and eCommerce capabilities through the sharing of best practice and training programs across the AMENA region. 

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver financial targets including gross sales and EBITA for the assigned brands for the Skin care and Feminine care portfolio across the AMENA region.

Position Requirements

Knowledge and Skills 

• A recognised university degree and/or Masters/MBA qualification. 
  
• 7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in Consumer Healthcare (OTC/ Cosmetics) with at least 3+ yrs in a regional or multi-market role.  
  
• Hands on experience with Skincare and/or Feminine Hygiene brands is strongly preferred – familiarity with category dynamics, regulatory sensitivities, and consumer intimacy in these segments is a meaningful differentiator.

We are now inviting applications for the position Marketing Manager, responsible for the overall marketing strategy and execution of the School’s academic programmes, leading the marketing team to build and scale the function, and overseeing overall marketing performance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies across all social media and online channels.
• Manage social media and online platforms, optimize advertising campaigns, and improve ROI.
• Oversee content direction and design style, driving continuous updates and iterations.
• Explore offline channels to achieve omnichannel coverage.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related fields preferred.
• Experience in marketing team management, project management, or the higher education sector is a plus.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital channels, includingadvertising operations.
• Skilled in a variety of marketing tools and techniques, including graphic design and video editing.
• Excellent writing and content creation skills, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken Chinese is required as the role involves regular communication and coordination with Chinese-speaking partner universities, faculty members, students, and external organizations, as well as developing and managing marketing content in Chinese.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate contracts with airlines, shipping lines, and logistics partners.
• Monitor financial performance and budgets.
• Recruit, train, and supervise employees.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore regulations and industry standards.
• Prepare management reports and business forecasts.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, transportation, or cargo operations.
• Strong leadership and business development skills.
• Knowledge of air freight and sea freight operations.
• Ability to manage budgets and operational performance.
